If you missed the “About Me” page, in short, it conveys what a nice, charming guy I am, skillful in both the kitchen and front of the house.

I am experienced at catering, developing and testing recipes, managing people, and writing business plans.  In addition, I can develop ideas, control and oversee operations, and consult on any food related business from restaurant to retail to product for distribution. Frankly, you think it, I can probably do it.

I am currently accepting book deals – still on the fence about a television contract…
